Biography

43-years old, climber, Communication Manager. I've always been a big fan of still photography and video. But to get the images, I certainly broke a bunch of equipment. Instamatics 110, Polaroid, standard SLR, waterproof rigs, camcorders and VCRs have all had a rough life with me! For my Communications job at Petzl, I'm constantly looking at photos taken by the passionate and professionals - true masters that allow us to travel around the world. More personally, I like to look and observe nature's details, to get closer and understand how things work. I don't have to travel very far. My backyard is a vast world for macro photography. Armed with a digital camera and a mobile light source, I got out at hunting at night for pixels. The night isn't so dark. "The Power of Light" gives it back all its colors.
