Is it a great tradition, that every Polish family gets a christmas tree during this time of the year.
We're so lucky to get it straight from our garden.

Besides, as Agnieszka said, it's only half of all tree and it's still growing since years. Different tree is cut every time, which mean's that this tree will be cut next time in 8 years.
Your "hope that maybe some day someone will hurt u too just to win a prize in a contest" is just a strange argument.

Dear Marek, this tree is from my parent's garden and it is only a half of all. We have been doing this for last 15 years. Today this christmas tree is standing in the house, so we did not cut this tree only for contest but the main reason was the Christmas time. Such spoiled kids should be put in jail or punished with big fine, because they cut off such a beautiful and big tree and this is a crime in Poland (even it is from their own garden). I am shocked that u want to win the contest at the cost of an innocent tree or u just cut this tree from stupidity for fun!!! It's a barbarity!!!. Hope that maybe some day someone will hurt u too just to win a prize in a contest!
